Extra Notional House Rent Allowance (N.H.R.A.) applicable to Principals as per High Court Judgment

Maharashtra Federation of Principal Association of Non-Government Colleges had submitted petition for Notional House Rent Allowance which 10% Extra excluding regular House Rent Allowance in High Court, Mumbai vide petition No. 5436/2005 dated 08.12.2005 and the High Court, Mumbai passed Judgment in favor of Principal Association of Non-Government Colleges but not implemented. Due to this Principal Association of Non-Government Colleges has again submit Petition in High Court, Mumbai regarding “Non-implementation and dishonor of order of High Court” vide petition No. 116/08 dated 14.08.09 and High Court, Mumbai passed Judgment in favor of Principal Association of Non-Government Colleges. As per the terms and conditions of Judgment of High Court, “Extra Notional House Rent Allowance (N.H.R.A.) (10%) is allowed to Principals excluding House Rent Allowance.
