As per Maharashtra State Government resolution No. Araja/1409/Pra.Kra./8/09/Seva-6 dated 24.08.09, maternity leave extend 90 days by 180 days in 6th Pay to State Government employee on the Central Government 06th Pay Commission criteria.
The maternity leave of 180 days had got benefit on or fater 24.08.2009 to Ladies Employee of Maharashtra State Government.

i am assistant professor of maharahstra state can i extend my maternity leave upto one year because of some critical condition of my health which additional leave can be considered along with the maternity leave. Is child care leave is granted for state gov. employee of maharashtra?reply please
