Provident Fund Amount of the employees working in the Govt. aided Institutions to be deposited in Govt. Treasury.

As per the Maharashtra State Government Resolution dated 22/09/2008 the employees working in the Govt. Aided institutions had to deposit their Provident Fund (GPF) at the same time the Zilla Parishad employee also had to deposit their Provident Fund amount in the treasury. But, as per the recent resolution issued dated 25th August 2009 of Maharashtra State Government the Zilla Parishad employees are excluded from their compulsion. They need not to depsoit their Provident Fund in the treasury.
