The Government of Maharashtra State had implemented 6th Pay Commission from 1st Jan. 2006 as Central Government Pay Commission criteria with small changes as per their requirement to State Government and Non-Government Employee. The 6th Pay is applicable to State Government and Semi Government Employee on the contrary the said 6th Pay Commission is not implemented to None-Government Employee till today. For More details see the Notification of Finance Department No. RPS 1209/CR-27/SER-9 dated 22nd April 2009. Due to heavy rush of work in every Government Employee, the work of 6th Pay fixation is delay. We have the solution on it.
